Dredger Pump Parts

We have decades of experience in manufacturing

• pump housings
• pump impellers and
• tubes for dredger ships

and other wear resistant parts which convey sand and gravel as well other fluid-solid-mixtures.

High abrasive materials like this put extreme loads on pumps and their parts.

Our engineering department supports our customers with the construction of sophisticated cast parts.

We optimise the wear behaviour with application-orientated modifications of casting materials as well as through special annealing processes. 

We supply a wide range of proven and tested, wear resistant standard and special materials like nodular iron, Ni-hard, chromium cast, Icrodur and the new material SIWEAR-BN which was developed with W&TS.  

Depending on the application and the required mechanical characteristics we realise surface hardness ranges from 400 up to 840 HV for a long life time of the work piece.  

We supply modelling, also maintenance and modification of the existing models. Heavy work pieces up to a cast weight of 30 to will be produced with individual moulds. Minor and average sized work pieces will be machine moulded due to cost-efficiency.

Our costumers are worldwide well-known manufacturers of dredger pump ships as well as machine and plant builder.

In cooperation with Wear & Tear Solutions BV (W&TS) from the Netherlands we operate on the market of wear resistant machine parts, pump housings and pipe sections for industrial applications like dredger pumps, mining of ore and the machining of ore as well as on the offshore sector.
