Furthermore we offer you a broad range of wear-optimized special materials. Our materials are for example the following:

OCC^® = Chilled cast iron
OCE^® = Indefinite
ORT^® = Special material
OCR^® = Chrome iron

ORT^® has been developed especially for high-speed- and high-performance flakers. The material which has proved itself in the industry for many years is characterized by a high hardness and good features of thermal conductivity.

Furthermore the special metallurgic material prevents a work hardening intensity of the roll thus reducing the risk of spalling.
